This package gives the Windows user the ability to print bar codes from within a wide range of other Windows programs. Four types of bar code printing methods - Bitmaps, Metafiles, and True Type Fonts and Postscript Fonts - are combined in one package to give maximum ability to print in almost any Windows program. Bar codes supported are Code 39, UPC/EAN (with or without supplements), Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 128, Codabar, and PostNet - available in High Medium, and Low Densities. The bar codes are designed to print on Laser Jet Printers (PCL or Postscript) plus 24 pin dot matrix printers.

Powerful Yet Easy to Use
Not a standalone printing program, this package is for users of word processors, desktop publishing programs, spread-sheet programs, compiler languages, etc., who wish to add bar codes to their existing programs.

We include both a set of Tru Type fonts as well as a set of Postscript fonts. The True Type fonts are appropriate for use in word processing, spreadsheets and other Windows programs. The Postscript fonts are for use in high-end desktop publishing and graphic programs where Postscript output is necessary. You can also generate EPS files using either the True Type or Postscript fonts for use with high resolution film output devices for packaging design and printing.

Competitive packages only offer you either metafile bar code graphics or a limited set or TrueType fonts. BarFont for Windows offers the user everything - True Type fonts, Postscript fonts, metafiles plus bitmaps - giving you choice, compatibility with more programs, beter screen bar codes, better portability, and a more complete solution to a variety of needs.

The BarFont package comes complete with the Translator Program which includes a hotkey program, a bar code generator and a file translator.

The price per copy is $199. BarFont generated metafile and bitmap bar codes can be distributed without restriction. The DLL and BarFont True Type bar code fonts are licensed for one user only. An Application Inclusion License or Site License can be purchased, (minimum of 5 users), call for details.
