| 1 | Download
the Trial software file
(smstrial.exe) to a directory or folder on your hard drive. The software is 25 MB and will take approximately 120 minutes to download with a 28.8 kbbs modem. |
You will receive a prompt to
save the file (smstrial.exe) to a directory or folder on your hard drive. (Be sure to know where you are saving the program.) |
| 2 | Disconnect from your online
service and close all running applications. |
Your desktop will then be free
of all running applications. |
| 3 | Using Windows Explorer, locate
the downloaded file (smstrial.exe) and execute it by double-clicking. |
This will begin the install process |
| 4 | Follow the instructions and
prompts,
answering the questions carefully. |
The setup process will complete |
| 5 | Run the application from the desktop...
Go to 'Start', 'Programs' , 'REB Software'. Click on ''Security Management Systems". |
In the Enter Serial Number Field, Enter:
"TRIAL"(in all capital letters) then click on "accept" Go To: "File" to "Login". In the Enter Password Field Enter the Numbers - 123 - Click on "Login" |

To Retrieve " TRIALDATA" | Go to "Utilities" to "Backup/Restore Data
In there is a sub-menu called "Restore", click on it and follow the instructions on the screen |
| 7 | Download the SMS manual | Save it to a folder and extract it. |
